We comply with all statutory regulations in the course of data processing (for example gathering, processing and disclosure). The following declaration provides you with an overview of what type of data is gathered, how this data is used and passed on, what security measures we take in order to protect your data and how you can obtain information in relation to the data you have provided us with.
§ 1 Gathering and saving of personal data
Personal data is individual information concerning the personal of factual mattes of a certain or designated natural person, such as your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, banking information and your IP address.
When using our websites, the following data is automatically recorded, whereby the saving only takes place on internal systems and for statistical purposes: Name of the pages accessed, the browser used, the operating system and requesting domain, data and time of the access, search engines used, names of the files which have been downloaded and your IP address. All data concerning the use, in particular also your IP address is deleted as quickly as possible, at the latest immediately following the end of the use process.
Further personal information will only be recorded if you voluntarily provide us with this, such as in the course of an enquiry or registration or as part of our contact form.
We wish to point out that following a request by the competent body, we are in individual cases entitled to provide information relating to data, should this be necessary for the purpose of bringing criminal charges, prevention of dangers by the state police, in order to fulfil the statutory duties of the protection of the constitution authorities of the state and federal governments in Germany, the German Federal Intelligence Service, the German Military Counter Espionage Service or in order to claim the rights relating to intellectual property.
§ 2 Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files which are saved in your browser and are stored on your computer. The purpose of cookies is to make the website more user friendly and secure, in particular to gather information relating to use, such as frequency of use and number of users of the website, as well as behavioural tendencies during use. Cookies do not cause any damage to the computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies also remain saved once the browser session is over and can be retrieved when the website is visited again.
Should cookies remain saved, you may need to delete these from your computer yourself. Should you not wish for data to be gathered by means of cookies, you can set your browser in such a way under the “settings” menu that you are informed of the setting of cookies. You can also generally exclude the setting of cookies or also delete individual cookies. However, we wish to point out that should cookies be deleted, the functionality of this website may be restricted. Should this concern session cookies, these will automatically be deleted anyway once you leave the website. Should cookies be saved for a long period of time, we will request your permission to use such cookies in advance in a pop up window.
§ 3 Contact form
Should you use the contact form on our website, the statements made therein and your contact details will be saved by us. We only use the personal data provided by you in order to respond to your query. In case of follow up queries, we do not delete the data until three months have passed. It goes without saying that we will not pass on the information without your express consent.
§ 4 Newsletter
You can register for our email newsletter. In such a case, we need to gather and save your email address. All other information is voluntary. Should you register for the newsletter via our Internet site, we also gather information which allows us to check whether you are the owner of the provided email address and whether you or the owner of the provided email address are/is in agreement to the use of the newsletter (date and time of registration, IP address). We only use this data in order to send newsletter emails and in order to prevent misuse of your email address. This data is not forwarded on to third parties. You can have yourself deleted from the distributor at any time by clicking on the “cancel newsletter” field on our website. In such a case, your data will be deleted.
§ 5 Inclusion of third party services and contents
Should third party contents be included in our websites (such as YouTube videos, maps, graphics etc), it is necessary for your IP address to be transferred to the provider of these contents (third party provider) in order for these contents to be displayed. In this respect, we wish to point out that we have no control over the third party providers possibly using the IP address for purposes other than the display of the contents. Should we become aware of such activities, we will of course notify you as the user.
§ 6 Rented server space
We wish to point out that we have a rented server space. The provider of this server space therefore automatically gathers and saves information in so-called server log files which are automatically transferred by your browser. This concerns the browser type and version, operating system used, the address of origin, the time of the server access, as well as the host name of the accessing computer. However this data is not of a personal nature. This data is also not combined with other data sources.
§ 7 Disclosure of data to third parties
A transfer only takes place if this is necessary to provide the service or perform the contract or if you have provided your express consent. It may also be necessary for us to disclose your address and order data to suppliers when you place an order. The suppliers only receive the information which is necessary to carry out their respective task. Any other use of the information is prohibited. We are also entitled to pass on personal data to debt collection agencies. Should we enter pre-performance in case of an order (for example purchase on account), we can have the identity and creditworthiness of customers verified by a service provider.
§ 8 Right of information
Your have the right at all times to information concerning the data relating to your person which has been saved, its origin and recipient, as well as the purpose of the data processing.
